Human Resources Generalist

Sabaidee Thailand LLC. is seeking an HR Generalist in Charlottesville, VA.

Duties: Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings; absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.

Required: AA in Human Resources or Business Administration or Foreign Equivalent. No benefits or training provided.

Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Salary $35,568.00/year.
