Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a Palliative Care Supervisor for the supervision and coordination of the agency’s palliative care services. 

This is a full-time position with exceptional benefits. The selected candidate will have a base office in our Southwestern PA service area. A current Pennsylvania State RN license in good standing is required, BSN preferred. Minimum of one (1) or two (2) years of hospice, palliative care, or oncology nursing is also required. The Palliative Care Supervisor will ensure continuity, cost effectiveness, and quality of operations while facilitating communication and education amongst staff and between Concordia Visiting Nurses and the patient’s Hospice agency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership with those providing palliative care and help coordinate services and transitions of care from the medical surgical team to the palliative care team.
