Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon  

The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC)/Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, is recruiting a full-time pediatric orthopedic surgeon. The successful candidate will be board-eligible/-certified with fellowship specialty training and significant interest and ability in clinical care, teaching, and research.  

Minimum requirements include a medical degree, completion of an accredited orthopedic residency training program, and pediatric orthopedic fellowship with eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania. Added training in neuromuscular disorders and complex limb reconstruction is desirable. Applicants should be Board Eligible or Board Certified with significant interest and ability in clinical care and teaching. Candidates should possess strong clinical, interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills, as well as a history of scholarly publications and presentations, and evidence of interest in and involvement in research.
