Position Summary

The Accounting Services Coordinator is responsible for providing professional level accounting and administrative support for all business aspects of the department of Accounting Services, most significantly in Payroll, including day to day management, financial and payroll office functions. This includes P-card, personnel, payroll, travel, purchasing, contract management and asset management. The incumbent is expected to take an active role in managing the department and is responsible for implementing and adhering to rules, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the administrative and financial operation of the department.
