Interventional Radiologist – University of Pittsburgh Physicians seeks an Interventional Radiologist to work in Lawrence County, Allegheny County, Butler County, and Mercer County. Perform a mixture of Interventional Radiology and General Radiology procedures; Interventional Radiology expectations include performance of non-neuroradiology arteriographic and venographic procedures, solid organ and soft tissue biopsies, CT and US-guided drainage procedures (inducing abscess drainage, paracentesis, and thoracentesis), and central venous access, PICC, and port placement; General Radiology expectations include fluoroscopy, basic body and neuro CT, neuro MRI, and basic nuclear medicine; will also participate in community Interventional Radiology call responsibilities. Must have a Medical degree or equivalent; must have completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology; must have completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology or Neuroradiology; must be Board certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Radiology or equivalent; must have a valid PA medical license.
