Real Estate Manager

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND Its’ AFFILIATES is expanding our asset management department and is looking for someone who can support the Real Estate Asset Manager in managing all aspects of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties including marketing, operations and financial activities.  Under general supervision, this position is involved in property management, maintenance, construction/renovation and tenant relations of assigned properties. Some travel is required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES will include all aspects of commercial property management, including  periodic property inspections, lease renewals, rent collections, contract and oversee alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary, marketing,  and working with third party brokers. Other duties as assigned. Must be strong in verbal and written skills, negotiations, multitasking and organizational skills.  Bachelor’s Degree is required with 2+ years’ experience.  Please send resumes to: blydon@cdcco.com
