Compensation/Benefits Specialist

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks relating to the payment of employee's wages and benefits. These tasks include collecting, entering and maintaining accurate records of employees earnings and payouts and making sure that the pay practices comply with state and federal laws and regulations. This person will also administer the organization's benefits programs, such as retirement plans, and manage the enrollment, renewal and distribution processes. High School Diploma, Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must possess excellent organizational and mathematic skills with two or more years of experience in the field of compensation and benefits preferably in a healthcare setting.
