We are looking for a self motivated team player with a positive attitude who is willing to adapt and learn new skills. Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.The qualified candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to cross train in multiple areas of the office.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Room patients, take vitals and get basic medical history
• Prepare patient and assist providers with minor procedures
• Dressing changes
• Schedule appointments, referrals & obtain authorizations as needed
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instrumentation's
• Knowledge of medical office and procedures preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

This is a full time position.

Insurance and 401K offered, along with paid Vacation and Holidays.

Hours are Monday- Thursday 7:15-5:00 and Fridays 7:15-12:00.
