Seidman 3, Inpatient Malignant Hematology/Bone Marrow Transplant, is a 30 bed Adult inpatient division that provides treatment and supportive care for patients with a malignant hematology diagnosis such as lymphoma or leukemia.  Nursing staff receives ongoing education and training related to age specific needs and is evaluated yearly on age-related competencies.  This floor focuses on stem cell transplant, supportive care & conventional & high dose chemotherapy protocols, immunotherapy, and investigational products.

  • Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
  • Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
  • Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
  • Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
  • Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes. 

Shift:  Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends & holidays, day/night rotation every two weeks, 2 - 12 hour and 2 - 8 hour shifts per week

  • 1yr RN experience required,
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred
  • RN licensure in the State of Ohio required
