Lead brainstormng/creatve sessions to genrate ideas, assgn prjcts to team membrs, & ensre all prjcts are on track creatively. Reqs Bach in Advrtsng or Mrktng, +4yrs of exp in pos offrd or as Art Director. All reqd exp must have incl'd dvlpng advrtsng campgns for Fortune 500/Global Fortune 500 companies in the finc'l srvces & food & bevrage sectors; conceivng &implemntng concepts, guidelines, & stratgies for creatve prjcts on range of mediums, incl TV, print, social media, billboards, radio, online, in-store, & activatns; exp w/ creatve process, mrktng, graphc dsgn, & brand dvlpmnt; revisng content &presentatns; usng Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDsgn; & leadng team of at least 4 creatve advrtsng professionls (dsgnrs, prdcrs, or editors).
