A local manufacturing company is seeking an Administrator to work closely with distribution and logistics, reviewing and processing orders, handling billing and invoicing, assisting with coordinating driver schedules, editing bills of lading, and scheduling shipments. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have a Distribution or Manufacturing experience, must be proficient with Microsoft Office, must be organized and detail-oriented, must have excellent communication and telephone skills, and must be a mature, high-energy, self-starter. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
