Applications Systems Analyst Specialist (BlueCare/Enterprise Reporting .NET) (BlueCross BlueShield of TN, Chattanooga, TN): Requires Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience; three (3) years experience with systems analysis and programming; three (3) years experience in the following languages: C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET, UNIX Scripting; three (3) years experience with the following database technologies: SQL Server, T-SQL, DB2, ADO, SYBASE, MS Access; three (3) years experience with the following Internet technologies: ASP.Net, HTML, HTML5, jQuery, XML, VBScript, JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, CSS, IIS; three (3) years experience with the following development tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Business intelligence studio, MS Office; three (3) years experience with the following additional technologies: C#.NET, ADO.NET, VB6, Win Forms, XML Web Services, WCF, MVC, SSRS, SSIS, SFTP; three (3) years experience working with Clear Case; experience as both an agile coach and a team member using the SDLC agile process; demonstrated ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and associated resources; exceptional computer skills and ability to use MS Office and other standard business productivity software; knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology and standards; demonstrated ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and associated resources; demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or complex concepts into information meaningful to team members and/or business personnel; excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical forms are required; proven analysis, design, and coding skills, and demonstrated success in leading medium to complex technology-based efforts.
