Pirc-Tobin Construction, Inc. is seeking a team & safety-driven, positive, self-motivated, reliable individual to fill a full-time Foreman position for an underground utility crew.

The position would require the right individual to lead a crew of 4 to 5 laborers and heavy equipment operators in the day-to-day functions of a jobsite.

Hours:

• Normal hours of operation can range from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday
• Extended hours and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines and overall company schedules.
• Travel time outside of these hours will be expected.

Pay:

• $30.00-$35.00/hour based on experience

Work in adverse weather conditions may be required. Candidate must be proficient in reading plans and specifications as well as pre-task planning. The foreman is overall accountable for the safety of the site, managing the traffic control devices, and keeping the site organized.

This position would include a company pickup truck for transportation to and from the jobsite and cell phone compensation.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• Knowledge of underground utilities such as sanitary sewer, storm water, water main, and grading
• Insurable Class C Driver’s License at a minimum
• Knowledge of utility locates and experience working around existing buried utilities
