Responsibilities include: - Develop and implement effective financial and accounting strategic planning. - Develop, recommend, and implement such internal accounting and financial controls and programs as are necessary to preserve and expand corporate assets. - Effective maintenance and reporting of financial records. - Effectively supervise assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance. - Establish and maintain effective business relations with vendors, external auditors, and regulators.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience. - Knowledge of financial and accounting practices, procedures, and regulations, investments, financial research and reporting, and Information Systems.
