President/CEO

Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County is an extraordinary non-profit hospice and palliative care organization with a track record of significant growth and accomplishments, having achieved Hospice Honors Elite status since 2014. Both hospice and palliative care programs are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.

We are currently seeking a CEO to continue to lead our team to new heights. We have five office locations to serve our diverse, growing county including one 15 bed inpatient unit located in Statesville, and a second 10 bed inpatient unit in Mooresville, opening in May 2021; two Palliative Care clinics in neighboring communities in Alexander and Rowan Counties and the administrative office in Statesville.

The successful candidate will have complete responsibility for the overall leadership and management of our organization. He or she will have a strong background in communications/teamwork, operational and financial analysis, hospice beliefs/values and a strong commitment to exemplary patient care.

Iredell County is located just North of Charlotte, NC with numerous amenities for city, rural, and/or lakefront living.

Graduate of an accredited college or university and four years' experience in administrative management, of which two years must be in a health-related program including supervisory, consultative, or administrative experience OR Master's degree in health or business administration with minimum of three years' experience in health care, personnel, budgeting or general business administration is required
