VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS -25 years or more of experience writing proposals for training and development of policy for the rural working poor -20 years or more of experience writing proposals weatherization, as well as other energy programs for rural areas of California -25 years or more of experience writing proposals and data analysis for farmworker organizations funded under the 167 Section of WIOA (formerly WIA) -20 years or more of experience developing and managing farmworker housing -excellent organizational and prioritization skills -ability to work with detailed and confidential information -ability to function as part of a team -proficient oral and written communication skills -ability to meet deadlines and work in a timely fashion VENDOR must provide: -a listing of grants obtained within the past 5 years including amounts awarded, fund sources and types of grants. -a fee schedule and structure, including hourly rates
