Dietary Manager. Applicants MUST be CDM Servsafe certified and have at least 1 year experience in long-term care food service. The dietary manager is responsible for supervising the dietary staff and managing all operations of the
facility dining services including
production, food storage, sales and other functions for food operations and/or other dining services while ensuring compliance with
established policies and
procedures. As dietary manager you will plan and coordinate all aspects of food services for residents, staff, and visitors and administer the sanitation program for dining areas according to State Health
Department regulations and federal requirements. You will be
responsible for ensuring all
residents meet their dietary needs and follow individual care plan guidelines. Applicants must have excellent communication and managerial skills and be well
organized with strong time
management abilities.
