Involved in learning and self improvement. Patient population consists of highly acute patients, pediatric patients and intensive care unit patients. Role requires travel to UH community hospitals. Role requires taking call, being on call, specific time periods assigned throughout each schedule.

High School Equivalent / GED

Must have current Ohio Certification as a Dialysis Technician

Thorough knowledge of dialysis process with a minimum of 2 years dialysis experience required. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies, ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and dialysis machines. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic math skills
