HR/Payroll Administrator (HRPA) is a position providing administrative and technical support to the Vice President of Administration (VPA) in the Human Resources and Payroll functions. Primary function is to coordinate HR policies and programs with emphasis on the benefits and compensation areas, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The incumbent works closely with the VPA in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR and Payroll policies, programs, functions and activities. Responsibilities include assisting the VPA with developing training initiatives and identifying effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the payroll administration and monitor all tasks necessary to accomplish the Agency's payroll processing objectives.
