General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Electronic Stockroom/Receiving Supervisor or Manager. Packages instruments for storage or shipment. Ensures instruments are packaged securely to protect them from damage while in shipment or storage. Places labels to identify instruments prior to sending to warehouse. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor or Manager. Must comply with all elements of the Helena Job Standards and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to read and write well.

Additional Requirements: Must maintain driver’s license and insurability to permit the lawful operation of vehicles to deliver and pick up materials. (Driver’s license will be verified as valid before taking pre-employment basic math test.) Must pass pre-employment basic math test before being interviewed.

Test Required: Yes, Basic Math Test.

Maintenance Person

Experience: One year experience in facility maintenance, lawn equipment and power tools.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Plant Manager. Receives day-to-day guidance from lead personnel. Performs general building maintenance, light carpentry work, plumbing, furniture moving, painting, and equipment and vehicle maintenance. Performs outside maintenance, empty trash, pull weeds, raking or cleaning or sweeping up litter. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Warehouseperson

Experience: Previous experience in shipping, warehouse or stocking environment preferred.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Consumable Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Material Logistics Manager and/or Production Control Manager. Receives day-to-day guidance in the performance of routine activities from lead personnel. Receives materials into plant and processes paperwork. Pulls material from stock for deliveries, unloads trucks, delivers and picks up material within and outside the plant. Drives company vehicle to deliver and pick up materials from the post office, airport or vendors. Processes and files all paperwork. Stock and straighten shelves and maintain inventory. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Assembler

Experience: Must have knowledge of fractions and decimals. Must have mechanical ability, knowledge of blue prints and hand tools.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Assembler Supervisor or Manager. Follows detailed written instructions and procedures to prepare and assemble circuit boards and wire harnesses, and electronic components and cabinets into final production units. Operates equipment to solder boards and manufacture wire harnesses and performs manual soldering activities. Performs routine tests of final assemblies. Maintains records. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor or Manager. Must pass solder certification and basic math test. Must meet all elements of the Helena Job Standards, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technical Sales Representative - Territory (Call for Territory Opening)

Job Duties: Technical Sales of Helena’s products into a Laboratory/Hospital setting. Interfacing with Laboratories, Physicians and Purchasing departments are critical aspect of the position. This position requirements include presentation of scientific material, assisting to solve technical issues, demonstration of Helena’s products, making financial presentations and training of lab personnel.

Experience: Some Sales Background; preferably but not required in outside sales

Education / Training: Minimum requirement; Associate Degree in one of the Life Sciences. Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician preferred but not required. Sales experience preferred but not required.

Comments: Must have valid driver’s license, insurable, must be capable of meeting credentialing requirements of hospitals, must be capable of loading and moving Helena’s equipment from car to hospital
