Duties involve the direct daily supervision, security, and control of adult offenders.

The purpose of this position is to perform all functions related to the enforcement of local Zoning Ordinances and the One- and Two- Family Dwelling code as adopted within the Kentucky Building Code for the construction of one (1) and two (2) family dwellings and townhomes.
Associate's degree, vocational technical degree, or specialized training that is equivalent to satisfactory completion of two (2) years of college education in a design, building technology or construction-related subject; and, a minimum of two (2) years of construction experience as a foreman or other position that requires reading and interpreting building plans and specifications; or, two (2) years of experience performing building design or drafting duties for an architect or engineer; or, an equivalent combination of directly related, as listed above, education, training, and experience.
Preferred but not required: experience in electronic document review using Adobe Pro DC; and, experience with online permitting and electronic inspection reporting.
