Clayton Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist partners and associates in civil defense litigation.

The successful applicant will assist attorneys in the workup of civil lawsuits such as organization of documents, ordering medical records, and providing litigation support.

The applicant must have a paralegal certification and five (5) years experience with similar professional duties.

A strong background in this area is required.

Medical malpractice experience and/or licensed nurse is a plus.
