RN Must be able to use best practices in nursing care, quality assurance, state regulations, standards, and mandates in long term care, documenting services according to acceptable practice and standards, working with elderly & disabled population, work effectively with physicians & other treatment team staff, read & implement physician orders, distribution & inventorying medications, medication side effects, universal precaution/infection control, administer injections & I.V.’s, solve problems & make sound judgments, effective oral, written and interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, work and be available for varied/flexible schedule.  MUST have an active PA license.

RNAC must be able to use best practices in nursing care, quality assurance, state regulations, standards, and mandates in long term care, documenting services according to acceptable practice and standards. Will complete MDS and have oversight in the care planning process. Will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team. Will attend clinical meetings and lead the IDT in the Care Planning process. Will work alongside a new team at a new start-up facility. This is an M-F day position.
