The Assistant Nurse Manager position is in the Transfer Referral Center located at the Management Services Center in Shaker Heights.  This position is full-time, 12 hour shifts on straight night shift.  The position is mainly Monday-Friday with few weekends required.

Experience:

• Meets qualification of  1-2 years clinical experience
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic.

Education:

• Associate in Science Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master in Nursing (MN) from accredited program required within 2 years of hire date.

​​​​​​​Required Credentials, License, and / or Certifications:

• Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio. 
• Certification in a specialty clinical area or leadership is required within 2 years of hire date
• BLS Required and ALS & PALS may be required based on area’s requirements

• Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high pressure situations with professionalism and integrity.
• Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies
