Chief Clerk for Firemen’s Relief and Pension Fund City of Pittsburgh

 

The Firemen’s Relief and Pension Fund City of Pittsburgh is seeking a career minded Chief Clerk. As a Chief Clerk, you help new members enroll in the pension fund, ensure pension applications are complete and accurate as well as answer any questions or concerns they may have about the plan. You will maintain pension account records for existing members and keep a database of information related to the fund accounts.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required. Considerable knowledge of PC software (e.g., Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, etc.) Business English, spelling, mathematics, etc. Modern office practices and procedures, including typing, information retrieval, record maintenance, and run reports. Applicant must be available to start in September 2022 in person Monday-Friday.

 

Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 commensurate with experience and education, plus a competitive benefits package.
