Field Service & Training Manager (Miami, FL): Responsible for supervising the daily activities of and providing technical support to Electrolux Authorized Service Centers. Plan, coordinate and execute Technical and Product training. Develop, update, and maintain Field Service Policies and Procedure manuals. Assess and analyze distributor's spare parts stocks. Administrate and control the assigned warranty budget to cover all warranty expenses. Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field. 2 years of experience in job offered or in related occupations of Regional Field Service Coordinator, Service Engineer, Service Supervisor or related. Duties entail presenting and providing technical instructions and responding to technical questions. Experience must include work with managing service manuals and parts manuals; overseeing service audits; analyzing business needs; and building action plans to meet those needs. Experience must also include work with AS400, CRM, and IPL. Travel to Electrolux Authorized Service Centers may be required.
