Summary
A Regional Client Strategy Manager manages a team that is responsible for the management of integrated marketing solutions, media planning, digital and mobile solutions, research, analysis, ad concepts, creative solutions and strategy based on market specific industry and core customer information for specified geographical or segment-based clients. The Client Strategy Manager oversees the process in which their team members take gathered information in combination with audience-based selling principles and apply it to recommendations for clients in the form of data, ad design, digital and creative solutions and sales presentations to grow and/or maintain existing revenue and drive measurable results. Working together with advertising sales leaders, the Client Strategy Manager works with their team to produce integrated marketing client solutions proposals that drive best-in-class results while achieving annual segment, market share and incremental revenue growth targets. This role will oversee a team of subject matter experts for their designated industry/segment, who provide thought leadership and solution innovation to their sales partners and clients based on that knowledge. Client Strategy Managers will also be expected to perform as working managers, responsible for the same deliverables and sales partnerships as their direct reports.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $79,200 and $186,300. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
