Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Program Assistant in the One Care program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the One Care program with the following:

  • Working collaboratively with all supervisors and understands the hiring needs of assigned client groups/programs.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Human Resources Department for sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding, and hiring.
  • Working with HR to ensure that all positions needed for assigned client groups/programs are posted accurately.
  • Conducting Application screenings of candidates.
  • Acting as a contact for working with external recruiting sources including temporary agencies, including clearing the name through HR resources.
  • Attending recruitment events in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Assisting with the staff hiring and on-boarding process and ensures that staff are on-boarded in accordance with BHN Policies and Procedures.
  • Providing support to the program for administrative tasks and communication with stakeholders.
  • Understanding and following all relevant employment laws.
  • Completing office tasks including scanning, filing, answering telephones, client reception, creating of reports, and data entry as needed.

What are we looking for in a Program Assistant?

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 Years office setting experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Proficient use of the Internet for job related research.
  • Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple agendas at one time.
