REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of diverse financial services/ mortgage banking experience. Employer will accept a Master’s degree and 2 years of diverse financial services/mortgage banking experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years . Experience in/with: Agile Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Must have Business analysis skills. Ability to interface with all levels of the business to define business and functional requirements. Experience supporting business and IT teams, including requirements gathering and project management for new development and integration projects with little or no direction.
