Summary:

Center for Family Services is seeking an experienced, dedicated and skilled individual for the Program Director position within the Great Abilities Program. Great Abilities is an intensive, in-home program designed to improve the well-being and quality of life of youth and their families. The overall goal is to support and strengthen the environment for youth and their families, so they can obtain the skills necessary to thrive in the home and in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated licensed and/or highly experienced manager to run CFS’ CMO referred program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Director provides administrative and clinical supervision of program staff, students, and volunteers and is responsible for all reports and billing. This individual provides counseling and other direct service activities as needed and assures the continuing training and development of program staff. The Program Director coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure constructive collaboration, develops and promotes relationships with CMO agencies and other community providers, and represents the program and agency in the community.
