Neighborhood Legal Services Association‘s Pittsburgh office is seeking a full time Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law. Experience in the Allegheny County Courts is a plus. Must be licensed in PA or eligible to practice. The attorney will provide legal advice and court representation to those eligible for services. A minimum of 50% of the position will involve interviewing potential PFA applicants, reviewing legal options, representing some victims, and providing guidance on proper court processes onsite at the Family Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

The attorney will be specially trained in domestic/sexual violence dynamics and trauma and will work to ensure that the emergency needs of crime victims are met. Must be able to travel as needed.
