Farmers State Bank has a robust IT infrastructure that includes Virtual servers, WAN replication of data and Storage Area Network technology. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide technical assistance and support to users through the help ticket system
• Assemble, configure, install and troubleshoot computer hardware and software including physical and virtual serves
• Assist in administering the network environment
• Assists in establishing, maintaining, and completing department procedures

Qualifications:

• Two year technical degree in a related field or equivalent applicable work experience
• Network administration and support including WAN, LAN, SAN hardware a plus
• Microsoft Windows, Access, SQL or other database training
• Familiarity with Veeam replication software and EMC SAN
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
