The Clinical Staffing Liaison is part of the Workforce Management Office and is responsible for carrying out interviews and securing staff for a place of work in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. Essential duties are: Working closely with hiring managers for their staffing requirements and qualifications of each role. They will understand the vacancies and prioritize positions based on feedback from leadership. Interview and evaluate candidates, including assessment of clinical skills, presented by Talent Acquisition and extend offers. If more candidates than positions exist, will work to identify comparable and/or additional opportunities to offer thus maximizing the candidate funnel. Facilitates the shadowing process after the offer is accepted. Drive candidate relationship once recruitment process reaches offer accepted status which includes after hire touch base to continue engagement. Understands and applies knowledge of the human resources disciplines, following the policies and procedures of hiring candidates. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, attend Recruitment Events and Student Engagement activities to support candidate pipeline development.

1-3 years of experience RN degree (A.D.N or BSN) or Associate Degree in a clinical profession req. 1-3 yrs of clinical exp req. Current RN license in the State of Ohio pref.
