The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall success of NRVCS in building a talent-based organization by facilitating and conducting the process for the recruitment and selection of highly talented employees and temporary personnel.

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business or Public Administration, Organizational Development or an Associate's degree in related field with five (5) years Human Resources experience (preferred). Applicant should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public; Applicant must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products and have the ability to learn vendor specific database systems. Knowledge of Labor Law is a plus.
