Project/Cost Accountant

Work with Project Manager to create construction budgets in excel

Prepare monthly AIA billings and bank draws

Process monthly and weekly accounts

Monitor daily cash balance

Communicate with vendors to correct any discrepancies

Verify pricing and approvals

Staff Accountant

Work closely with property managers

Reconcile cash and ledger accounts monthly

Process monthly and weekly accounts

Maintain daily cash balance across multiple properties

Process Escrow refunds
