Director of MIS Development - Manager of software development in Fort Worth TX to manage and train company software application developers and tech teams in use of iMIS Engagement Management System software (iMIS) and ongoing iMIS product support for company's clients. Provide supervision and training to employees to prepare plans and budgets for projects ranging from new IMIS implementations through basic maintenance, including SQL server scripting, front-end web development, iMIS web module configuration, security and general programming techniques. Little travel from Ft. Worth, TX office to various unanticipated locations in United States and Canada customers' sites. Require demonstrated knowledge in all aspects/versions of iMIS software including infrastructure installation, database configurations, product training, report writing, data migration, custom work for clients, and web aspects of the iMIS software, such as programming in ColdFusion, Java, C, C+ +, C#, VB6, ASP.NET, VB.NET. Must demonstrate knowledge of API integration and programming methodologies. Also, requires 7 years of experience in managing and training IT employees in iMIS product use and client support, including preparing plans and budgets for projects for new iMIS implementations through basic maintenance, including SQL server scripting, front-end web development, iMIS web module configuration, security and general programming techniques.
