City of New London, Site Supervisors

The City of New London is looking to hire ten (10) Site Supervisors at $15.50 per hour to work Before Care Staff 6:45 AM to 8:45 AM and After Care Staff 2:15 PM to 5:00 PM. Must be able to give effective directions and supervision of staff. Must have the ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Must demonstrate good decision making abilities, especially in emergency situations. Must have a positive personality and the ability to provide leadership and stability for program continuity and success. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with both children and adults in a mature manner. Must be sensitive to the needs of children and have knowledge of their limitations. Must have a high school diploma/GED. Some college or the equivalent work experience required.
