We are seeking a full time Director who is passionate about fostering an atmosphere for ecological and spiritual development and is able to provide overall Center leadership while cultivating Franciscan spirituality and values in the programs, services and hospitality offered at the center. 

You should have

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills,
• a master’s degree in a related field preferred, and
• a well-developed sense of your personal spiritual foundation, as well as a level of comfort with Franciscan beliefs.
• A strong ecological interest
