Perform heavy manual labor as required. Obtain and maintain a valid vehicle operator's permit. The knowledge, skills, and abilities required are of a level comparable with those normally acquired through courses taken in obtaining a high school or trade school education and considerable experience in general structural maintenance. Candidates must have a valid California motor vehicle operator's license, or be able to obtain one.
