Physician and Advanced Practitioner Recruiter Opportunity

Baystate Health (BH), western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare organization and home to the University of Massachusetts Medical School – Baystate, is seeking an experienced Provider Recruiter to join our growing team in western Massachusetts.

Position Highlights –

• Join our highly successful recruitment team that is consistently hiring over 150 providers annually.
• Serve as a strategic partner for BH leadership as you create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for your assigned service lines.  Our team recruits for our academic medical center, 3 community hospitals and 90+ outpatient practices in the region.
• Lead recruitment efforts from search initiation through contract negotiation.  We have strong administrative support and onboarding is handled by an onboarding specialist. 
• Work primarily from your home.  Occasional travel to job fairs, conferences and meetings is required.

Qualifications:  Experience in physician and/or advanced practitioner recruitment with a proven record of collaboration and excellent communication and organizational skills.  Sourcing and recruitment experience preferred.   Strong mentoring is available.
