History, Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA.

The Department of History invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in early U.S. history, to begin August 2021. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in hand with a demonstrable record of accomplishments in undergraduate teaching and in research. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in Native American history or public history. The ability and willingness to teach world geography and Westminsters first-year seminar are a plus. The teaching load for this appointment will be three courses per semester.
