CORRECTIONS OFFICER

General Summary Under the supervision of the Jail Administrator or Shift Supervisor, provides for the care, custody and security of inmates housed in the County Jail and performs a variety of activities relating to the safe and secure operations of the jail. Enforces security regulations. Processes the intake and release of inmates. Prepares and maintains a variety of records.

ISABELLA COUNTY COMMISSION ON AGING

HOMEMAKER AIDE

General Summary Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, performs household tasks in the homes of older adults. Vacuums, mops, dusts, and performs other cleaning tasks. Schedules clients for service, maintains calendar, and maintains daily activity records. Essential Functions

1. Performs housekeeping activities in the clients’ home such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

2. Cleans bathrooms and kitchens and laundry.

3. Schedules clients for services and maintains daily and monthly calendar of client care.

4. Maintains daily client records of services provided. Reports any significant client changes or problems to program staff or emergency personnel.
