The Manager is responsible for securing contract work, planning, organizing, and coordinating all day-to-day operations of the sheltered workshop and related business enterprises. The Manager assures that policies set forth by the Board of Directors ae property administered within the workshop and is responsible of provide accurate information to the Board regarding operations of the workshop. He/she assures compliance with all laws and regulations that impact the operations of the workshop and is responsible for supervision of the workshop staff and clients. The Manager maintains appropriate working relationships with funding sources, service agencies, etc.
