The Piedmont Regional Jail Authority Board in Farmville, Virginia is accepting applications for the position of Superintendent of its regional jail facility serving the counties of Amelia, Buckingham, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Prince Edward.

The regional jail is located in Prince Edward County.

The position requires at least five years of corrections facility management experience. Experience in government financial management in addition to corrections/security management, and/or post-secondary education in either of those areas would be highly desirable.

Initial screening of applicants will begin June 15, 2020, but the position will remain open for applications until filled.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
