Adjunct Instructor, Business Analytics Instructor

Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) invites applications for the full-time position of Adjunct Instructor, Business Analytics Instructor. The adjunct instructor reports to the Director of Business Analytics. Adjunct faculty members must have knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to effective undergraduate or graduate teaching.

Adjuncts are expected to have knowledge of ways to instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate students and do the following: Teach undergraduate or graduate courses, invest in students, participate in institution activities as appropriate, involve students in research or professional experience as appropriate, and utilize a learning management system, especially Blackboard.

Qualifications Required: Masters in a specified discipline (e.g. Data or Business Analytics or Statistics) from an accredited college for undergraduate; Commitment to teaching excellence required.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctor of Philosophy in specified discipline (e.g. Data or Business Analytics or Statistics) from an accredited college for graduate level, a minimum of three years related work experience preferred, one year of teaching experience in higher education preferred, ability to successfully interact with students, other educators and educational institution representatives, and the general public in a professional manner.
