2-1-1 Information & Referral Community Outreach Coordinator. Accepting applications for the position of 2-1-1 Information and Referral Community Outreach and Resource Coordinator. Job duties include developing and implementing a community and business outreach plan. Job duties include developing and implementing a community and business outreach plan, developing public education and information materials, and networking with agencies to gather resource information for the 2-1-1 database of resources.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a social/human service or related field and minimum of two years experience with a non-profit community or social/health services agencies in the Permian Basin. Bilingual ( English and Spanish) preferred. Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) OR must obtain Alliance of Information and Referral Systems CIRS within 18 months of employment. Position requires ability to work in a team-oriented environment, strong customer service orientation and skills, and ability to build and maintain strong community relationships.
