HR Training Coordinator
Join our talented HR team. Responsibilities include the strategy, facilitation and delivery of Driscoll's Leadership Development Program, New Employee Orientation program, the "Driscoll Way" Customer Service Program and HR skills training programs including Performance Management, Interview Skills and Coaching to Develop Others. This position supervises one additional trainer.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of instructional training design and delivery experience along with 4 years of HR generalist experience. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or other related field is preferred. Candidates need a good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Experience with eLearning is a plus.
Candidates will demonstrate training delivery skills and will have an engaging personality, strong organization & multi-tasking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
