Finance Director

The City of Defiance, Ohio (population 17,000) is seeking candidates for the position of Finance Director. This position is a key member of the City's leadership team and will oversee and manage the financial operations of the city with an annual budget of approximately $53 million. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field and have at least five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal finance or closely related field, with at least two years of management experience. The current salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000.
