Specialist Software III for Honeywell International Inc. (Northford, CT). Software Developer to grow back-office cold/Windows, the development team. Serves as an integral part of the scrum team enhancing our Commercial Fire Infrstrctre & other API based services.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 6 years of experience in software development or an acceptable alternative occupation in a large multi-national corporation. A full term of experience must include Windows-based software development; understanding of the entire software development lifecycle; diverse & global teaming & collaboration; C# or C++; object-oriented skill; building large-scale, redundant & fault-tolerant systems; and automated testing. 2 years of the required experience must include cloud-based software development; cloud development platforms (such as AWS, Axure, or an equivalent); agile development; REST API development & continuous development. Approximately 10% of domestic/international travel required.
