The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible to coordinate the activities of the patient care units in a centralized nursing environment, assists the Nurse Managers in departmental staffing, maintains approved standards of patient care, investigates & resolves complaints and maintains a safe environment for staff and patients.

Requirements include;

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with Associate’s degree, Bachelor of Science/Nursing Degree preferred.
• Current NYS license for Registered Professional Nurse.
• Five (5) years of medical/surgical experience.
• Two (2) years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
